EXCAVATOR COURSES
Of course, you can’t think of a construction site without diggers. Our excavator courses are probably the most common and requested course at the moment. It is often one of the best qualifications to obtain in order to be considered for a job within the industry.
Trainee operators can choose from any of the following courses:
- N202 Excavator 360 course
- N201 Excavator 180 course
- N100 Excavator as a Crane course
- N132 Plant Mover course
- N201 Quick Hitch Awareness course
The majority of our excavator courses can be completed within 1 – 10 days. This will primarily depend on whether the operator has any previous experience. If you would like to find out more about any of the above courses, our skilled team of instructors would be happy to answer any questions.
DUMPER COURSES
Dumper trucks are the next most popular course with our trainee operators. Pairing up excavator training and dumper training is also a very smart move, as they are often used on site together. We also offer plenty of options when it comes to the type of dumper truck you can use for training.

- N204 Forward Tipping Dumper Truck
- N205 Rear Tipping Dumper Truck
How long will a dumper ticket take to pass?
Our dumper courses take on average between 1 – 3 days to complete. Due to the sheer size of the rear tipping dumper the maximum this course could take is 4 days. These durations are also based on the operator having no previous experience, however we welcome novices and operators needing a refresher course.
TELEHANDLER COURSES
Another hugely sought-after type of construction machinery is the telehandler. We often get a lot of enquiries for our telehandler courses.
Similar to the other types of construction courses, there are also multiple telehandler courses to choose from:
Our telehandler courses will provide the operator with the basic knowledge and practical skills when it comes to safely operating a telehandler. If you find yourself needing to know how to lift, move and place materials safely on a construction site then this course could be perfect for you. What’s more is the course can be completed in anything from 1 – 5 days, depending on prior experience!
Most common asked question
Do you know the most common question we get asked? Most operators are under the impression that they need to hold a valid UK driving licence in order to operate our machines. However, as we carry out training on private land away from the roadside it is not a legal requirement. Should you then need to operate the machinery on the road then you will then need to hold a driving licence!
